Sedus opens new showroom in Munich

29 May 2008 saw the official opening of the new Sedus showroom in Munich. The new premises, which cover approx. 500 m², will not only provide an exemplary display of our products for the benefit of our clients and partners in the south of Germany, but will also be home to the employees of the newly founded Sedus subsidiary Transform-Consult GmbH (a building consultancy service).

Around 100 clients, specialist partners, service providers and interested parties listened intently to the inauguration speech from Dr Bernhard Kallup and Udo Heep, used the casual event to take a look at the displays and enjoyed the impressive demonstration of the symbiosis of light, colour, scent and acoustics which greeted them in the “Arena”.

The new showroom is not just a “living” display of our products, but also employs a simple method to illustrate the possibilities available in the conceptional realisation of your own Place 2.5. In a tour of the senses, visitors discover how their five senses work and are thus introduced in an almost playful manner to sometimes very complex subjects such as perception and stimulation of the senses.

Perfectly located from a transport perspective, being near to the Riem exhibition centre, and situated in attractive new premises directly next to the historic Wappenhalle, the Munich showroom is open to all interested parties by appointment.
